A survey to assess our DES Exit Process has been underway. A BIG Thank You to those of you who have provided us with your feedback and we continue to look forward to receiving feedback from those who have yet to complete and return your survey form.

This month a DES service delivery survey form will be posted to our current DES participants. Again we would appreciate your feedback very much indeed.

30 Nov. ECHO AGM and Christmas Party which was held on 24 November was a great success with 125 attending. We hope you had an enjoyable evening and thank you for supporting ECHO in this way.

Echo's Audit - Thank you to all participants who took part in Echo's recent Audit. Your feedback and input was most valued and appreciated as we continually strive to improve our service to you.

Your Feedback / Suggestions - You are most welcome to give us your suggestions or compliments at any time. Simply use the Suggestion Form provided and drop your comments in the Suggestion Box in the foyer at each Echo office.

Echo's Membership - Join Echo's Membership now. ECHO has a process by which Membership applications are approved between July and mid-November. You may apply online; simply click on the Membership link at the bottom of this web page.

Thank you to those of you who have submitted your application for Echo's Membership. And congratulations too for becoming a Member of Echo as your applications have been approved by Echo's Committee on 16 September 2011.

ECHO's CEO announced to staff that ECHO has been awarded new business under the Job Services Australia contract in Monash with significant sites to be established in Narre Warren and Cranbourne.
